LaterPlay: Terms of Use

Service description

LaterPlay helps users download videos from supported web sources and watch them later while offline.

Your responsibility for content use

You are solely responsible for the content you access, download, store, reuse, repurpose, publish, or redistribute.

If you reuse or repurpose downloaded content, you must verify that:

• you have the required permission, license, or legal authorization from the content owner; and
• your use complies with applicable copyright, intellectual property, privacy, and platform rules.

LaterPlay does not grant you ownership rights or licenses to third-party content.

Prohibited use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights;
• violate applicable laws or regulations;
• distribute unlawful, harmful, or abusive content; or
• interfere with the Service’s normal operation.

Third-party sources

LaterPlay may interact with third-party websites or platforms. Those third parties are independent and have their own terms and privacy policies. You are responsible for complying with them.

Warranty disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, availability, or non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Edouard Barbier is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, or business arising from or related to use of the Service.

LaterPlay: Privacy Policy

Data collection

LaterPlay does not collect personal data.

Specifically, LaterPlay:

• does not create user accounts;
• does not run backend servers for user data; and
• does not run its own analytics or tracking.

Local storage only

Downloaded videos and related offline playback data are stored locally on the user’s device only.

App deletion and local data deletion

Users can remove downloaded videos from within the app.

Deleting the app removes downloaded offline content and local app data stored by LaterPlay on the device, according to iOS behavior.

Apple analytics and diagnostics

LaterPlay itself does not collect analytics data.

Apple may collect diagnostics or analytics data if a user has opted in at the iOS/App Store level. Any such collection is governed by Apple’s own policies and user settings.

Data sharing

Because LaterPlay does not collect user data, it does not sell, rent, or share user data with third parties.

Children’s privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13.
